This game looks amazing but you're KILLING IT

Wow if this game is anything like Mario Kart + Wave Race + Anime Waifus then you have my full support 200%, but then I see ♥♥♥♥ like a 50$ Game with a 60$ Deluxe and 90$ DLC with "Season Pass" and I lose ALL desire to play this. I also wouldn't be surprised if there's an in game store, In game currency and all of that FTP BS we love in full priced games.

So I'm saying this now, change your ways. This game looks amazing and I'm sure a lot of people would love it, but all of this garbage monetization WILL KILL IT.

or don't listen to me and become another forgotten game that nobody cares about 3 months after release. No community means No online matches means NO GAME.

Your most important asset is not monetization is your community! Money will come later, just look at Rocket League, Fortnite, LoL etc. Don't do the same mistake everyone else is making.

In the past I've avoided some of their games due to seeing $100 worth of DLC on day one, but I could at least understand it since sex sells. The DLC bikinis are things you'd see grandmas wearing. Censorship is the real killer and I think this company will go bankrupt if they continue trying to appease people who don't care about their games. PC and Switch are both huge platforms for anime, you don't need Sony.

What is really killing it is that it was made for the PS4, many people, me included, are not buying it because of Sony's influence neutering this game into the ground.

The truth is this kind of game don't have huge player base. So they sell overpriced dlc that some of this tiny player base buy to make the make more profitable. I not mad at this if sometime down the line (a year or so) they offer the complete edition upgrade for the rest of us.

You realise this game came out in January in Japan right? The "day one" DLC you see isn't day one at all. So would you prefer XSeed drip feed you DLC that has been out for months in Japan instead of letting you buy it immediately?

it actually isn't $90 of DLC, because the $30 character pass includes all of those four $10 packs.

They're completely destroying Anime games with their woke agenda. You may think, it's just censorship go fap to porn or whatever but that's not the point! It's all political, how come anime cleavage or panty shots are censored but it's ok for Last of Us 2 to have Abby showing tits and Raw Dogging it?

Soyny is destroying the Anime Game industry because they can't afford NOT to release on the biggest console PS4 and often even self censorship is not enough. They basically own Square Enix and have an "Ethics" department in the company so you can basically forget about them. The makers of Senran Kagura are in a lot of trouble though since they can't even market their main IP.

So I agree Censorship is even worse than greedy FTP monetization but they both kill games.

The point I'm making is that there is an ingame currency. That is perfectly normal and nothing to do with microtransactions. There is no option to buy currency. Earning currency to buy unlocks has been around for decades.

yeah i didn't even bother buying this game, they dont deserve a penny from us the consumers. they censored the game , no fan service, ( we the fans loved their games because of this) , honestly i'm so dissapointed with them, i hope they decide to go back to their old ways of making games and not listening to sony or the puritans (who dont buy their games in the first place ) from now on i'm staying away from any games by them or sony until we get our fan service back and intimacy. we should all ban together and boycott them
