game will not open , please help

okay so I bought the game last night & decided to try to play it this afternoon after class.
I keep getting a "application load error 3:0000065432" and other times it opens to a black screen and immediately closes.
I have tried re-installing the game multiple times, re-installing steam itself, disabling deep guard caused the black screen to start showing up, and verifying the game files does absolutely nothing.
my system does meet the minimum requirements so I'm not quite sure what else I should try and every online solution has failed me. has anyone else had this problem & found a work around or am I just meant to suffer for appreciating zeref?

The most common cause of the error is over aggressive anti-virus. The error is not specific to Fairy Tail.

I used that website to do all of my troubleshooting earlier but none of it worked. :/ so idk what to do now

Do you use Win X?
Make sure, that in videodriver settings Antialiasing option controlled by application, not x16 or other manual value. Or you can reset graphics settings in 3-d tab of Nvidia Control Panel(choose by default). Run game, if you see black screen, wait some time (5 minutes). Check, that in path with game there is game.ini file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FAIRY TAIL).
Close game and reboot PC. Run Steam, run game.
If nothing works, try to install different version on videodrivers.
Also if you have laptop, in 3-d tab global settings choose Nvidia GPU, not Auto (Intel HD graphics). Same thing with AMD.
