Game Won't Launch... please help me! :(

[Token Gay]

When I press play the game says its launching but then immediately stops. Steam goes green like its launched and then immediately normal again.I tried launching it from the .exe and It said I was missing vcomp140.dll so I installed it from some website and then tried again and I got a 0xc000007b error. Anybody able to help me?

Seems like you download wrong vcomp140.dll. Also it's component of Visual Studio. So, first, you must check, that all versoions of VS C++ installed.
Some of them you can find there - https://support.microsoft.com/ru-ru/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
Personally i have
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015-2019 - both, x86 and x64 versions.
When you install all these versions, reboot PC.
If it doesn't help, update driver for GPU too.

If there are no special mechanics (only ice can hit, for example), i can include anyone. I think, i start with Levy/Lisanna/Natsu/Lucy/Erza. It's not the best, but it's not worst option too.
