They also did French, Korean, two Chinese..and their native Japanese...German, no.

yes, it's sad that you don't add any german or other languages. i can't play the game I can not speak a very good English.

you could try offering feedback to Koei Tecmo about your desire for a German localization, but they are expensive to do so they would have to feel they would get enough sales to cover the cost and make some profit.

I don't think so, Tim!
For a full price title of 60-70€ you can expect a subtitle in your national language...
If the publisher can't do that, I think he should stop developing games.
