cant rank up wendy anymore?`
I got wendy to where i can bring her to guild rank 6 but it wont give me the character progression quest to get her farther? does hers stop there or is there something i havent done to unlock it?

This was mentioned before..you likely overlooked a low level Board Request specific to her.
