Frozen Spire Solutions (C3 & D1)

I'm stuck on getting the second gem (now that I have the elementals) in C3 and the star in D1, could anyone give me some tips or even the solutions?

I have both the rune key and the cape.

C3 : You have to set the wind in the bottom hole of the two top right holes.And set the direction to up.Then push the box to the wind so the box will stuff the top hole. Then walk into wind to get the star.

can you elaborate to me it seems the only way to get the box in the corner in the first place is using a tornado but that results in both tornadoes being stuck and unable to move again
