(moving the bottom one left one tile, so they're not in the same column, makes this behavior disappear)
I got an ending with 84 stars but the bell on Sea Nunatak was still interactible (I don't remember if I touched it before, I don't know if the door on Beast Ridge required every bell or not).
When interacting with the bell, it triggers the cutscene to unlock the "bell door" on Beast Ridge, but the game is stuck on this cutscene on the already broken door.
Another thing, it might not be a bug but the intended behavior :
I went back to Eastern Shoal where I already did the "pattern" puzzle in a previous update. This time, there was a globe. Since I took it, every island except for Beast Ridge releases blue sparkles, no matter if I already got every star on it or not.
Would you mind providing your save file so I can have a look?

1) It would be nice if I had the option of a mouse cursor (to point when thinking, or lets-playing)
2) the undo doesn't work great in the purple area with the shadow-clone guys, I often undo far past important moves (I think the checkpointing should take into account side-effects of your clones)
I could not reproduce that one, it seems to me the golem got stuck mid-path of its roll. Not too sure about that - it might have been a combo of a clone and 2 golems, the first having stopped after hitting the second...
Alt-tabbing restored the animation.
However there is no animation beyond the obelisk, the central boulder does not change...am I soft-locked of the rest of the game? //EDIT: after that, pushing a water elemental (not transformed) onto the side of the obelisk activated it properly (symbol & color change + animation & boulder sigil activation)
Wind elemental on obelisk in C0: game freeze too
So wind elemental: hard lock/freeze ; pseudo-wind elemental: recoverable incorrect activation. Fun bug.

Update: After I solved the last one, game froze during the cut-scene on this stone. Alt-F4 + start game again helped.

Game locked during loading of the ice island after going up staircase, loading game after crash produced the above error.
I used a water elemental mimicking a fire elemental to blow up the boxes in the teleport zone. I'm not sure if the explosion hitting the water elemental in that state caused the problem or what, but the game became unresponsive to all inputs afterward. Music and animations continued, but I wasn't able to do anything and had to reload. I don't know if that's the intended solution or not, but it seems like it should have worked, so I'll wait for a response before returning to the game.
Also, just to make sure -- does the fire elemental have to shoot the stone for it to activate? The other elementals all just needed to be pushed into their stone, but that didn't work with the fire elemental.
