Stoney cliffs seal?

I have the left half of the seal for Stoney Cliffs A2, but can't figure out how to get the right half. Can someone give me a gentle hint on where to find the other piece?

If it is what I think it is (the moon/sun seal), one half is above ground, the other is below .

Im in the same scenario. I'm on my last 8 stars and still cant find this seal

One is on the overworld, bottom right side. One is in the caves, left side.
Don't remember the exact room coordinates, can check if you really can't find them.

I've found both halves but I can't figure out what to do with them. I've tried pushing the blocks in the order of the 4 arrows, and various other things but pretty stumped

I have the one you gain on the overworld but I can’t find how to get in the underworld room where you input the code. I must be missing a cave entrance or secret path or something?

Speaking of which, how do you even do the seals if you need to keep them in a confined 3x3 space? It's not like I can pull the block.

LOL same, in my post above I edited out me asking what you do with them because I immediately figured it out. I thought I had already tried the solution, but apparently not!

Considering I didn't solve it until after the credits, the reward was underwhelming lmao

How do you solve the yellow block puzzle? For me it's: down,left,right,left. How do you do that in a 3x3 space?
