Ore harvester

Anyone get this to work? I've destroyed a few asteroids (which the game incorrectly calls 'meteroites') but nothing's popped out yet.

I figured it out. Some asteroid fields are more mineral rich than others. You just have to keep shooting rocks until you get something.

You keep the Ore Harvester equipped and then I reccomend to go to an asteroidfield with lots of blue asteroids, cause there are much more of them to shoot then the casual ones. It takes a few of them to get your first "drop". But to be honest i just do that to get an extra income, because its easier to trade or to hunt pirates. I like it for in between, when i get bored of shooting pirates ;)
