Changing Credits in mesa mod
I have seen this before somewhere, I want to decrease the eternal credits down to a minimal amount - how?

guess not, but it has been in here before. Go into file X, change amount, save, come out run game - sort of thing.

Found it - i knew it was somewhere... sorry it took me so long

Documents\Ascaron Entertainment\Darkstar One\Customization\MesaMod\inifiles

open globals.ini and edit [Player] ;
StartingCredits = 1000 ; instead of 1000000000

then DELETE THE ini_file.bin
so that the game makes a new one.
