Finished Game But ..............

My ship is now at its maximum load - grade levels 10 Hull, 10 Wings and 9 Engines. The reason I am staying at that is, if I go to 10 engines, my max speed drops right down to 100% (dead slow) as there appears to be an engine level 10 bug. Has anyone else had this, and if so, did anyone find out why?

And another thing, heading for asteroid opening at Warp 9 (!) and I can see the opening clearly in the distance - suddenly a huge asteroid appears in my path right over where I had been looking; now either the physics of the game sucks, and I have developed X ray vision.

Well - I can't confirm your observations, but the game does have some bugs, that's true. Therefore I recommend you to install the Hidden Cluster mod, which fixes many bugs.

DO NOT give your engines level 10. I load 10 to hull and wpns and 9 to engines. Ref Hidden Cluster post above - where do I find it??

I tried one of those trainer mods, they no longer work in windows, especiallly 10. I have found and downloaded hidden clusters (on ModDB) - now to try and install it ;)

Successfully installed hidden cluster, now all I need to do is learn German!!!

Too much is in german and takes a while to figure instructions out but my sincere thanks for the suggestion, I will keep it in the folder until I find an english version. Your help is appreciated.
