Pursued by military for taking pictures and not deleting them?

How do I get these guys off my tail? I can't kill them, they just spawn forever and I get a massive bounty on my head, and I can't seem to communicate with them either. Do I have to just reload the point where they told me to give up the pictures I took? That mission is worth 9,000 cr.

Only three pics are required to solve mission, the 4th picture leads to the problems you are having.

I do not fight them on this mission, or any other time/space. One option is to just run back to the station. As long as this incident does not put you over 2 stars the station will let you land.

I did not realise that it was possible to just head back after the third shot. I just got back after taking that 4th shot and was informed "we cannot use that shot of the asteriod, hope you did not get into trouble with the police because of it"
