We are working on a very big update ahead of the game's release (40+ new cards, a few new heroes, and more).
But unfortunately the work is going slowly (We have only 2 people in our team and this is not our main project).
But the game will definitely be released
Good news ;) thx
great news! really nice game
I am so glad to see that it was not abandoned.
Keep up the great work and look forward to what you guys release in the future.
"we don’t want Dreamgate to be another game that is in early access for 3 years or longer. The infinite cycle of Early Access hell is something we would like to avoid, as we wish to provide a fully finished and playable game experience within a short period of time.”
...And silence since June 2021.
No integrity lost there then.
*To be fair I really liked this game and really wanted it to do well - but there are so many really promising deckbuilders in EA out there (Arcanium, Deck Hunter, Gordian Quest, Coffin Lid and Kyvir: Rebirth... to name a few) that have gone way beyond the expected release date that I'm stuck with a totally unacceptable amount of unfinished, half-baked or abandoned games. Across The Obelisk, Breach Wanderers, Deepest Chamber, Dimension Reign and Vault of the Void are also, deckbuilding roguelikes, EA titles I have.
Unfortunately, there is just too much risk in pulling the trigger on these sorts of releases and I do not trust EA titles anymore and will definitely no longer purchase them.
But at the same time, we don’t want Dreamgate to be another game that is in early access for 3 years or longer."
And here we are, over 2 years and 2 months later.
