Hi! I'm playing as Bjorn and i have the password but I don't have the Golem even unlocked to click on. What am I doing wrong? I visited the Bandit camp to learn about the Golem. I murdered the dwarves. I helped the scout and got the password, and I still don't have the ability to see the Golem. I do on the other characters. Just not on Bjorn.

P.S. Hands down this is a contender for GOTY for me!

The chest event with the three dwarves still seems to be bugged.

The text changed the first few times I did it, something about noticing a jeweled compartment. But nothing about a letter when I opened the chest.

Since then, I have repeated the event many times. At the start it says "Now that I knew there might be a false compartment in the chest my curiousity doubled" but absolutely nothing except normal loot when I complete the event and open the chest.

Yea this quest still seems bugged for me.

The Dwarven Chest event seems to be the buggiest part about getting the Password. Did it multiple times, sometimes I'd kill the Dwarves and not even get a Chest reward. (Even though the starting choice was Kill them for the Chest basically)

The Elven Scout event showed up as no longer having any additional dialogue. (And going to it offered no new options)

I just went to the Golem multiple times instead and entered the password choosing the 4th option. (100101) Though I feel like I cheated to get the password. Which feels kinda lame.

Percy. Least I could get the Golem. BTW always pick for the Golem to follow you, having him let you pass just gives you the Heather, which you can give to the Orc Shaman to smoke his pipe, but all it does is convert the cards to all positive and not a fan of getting too many cards anyway.

The armor you get for converting the Golem is decent, but takes up your Chest armor slot, so if you can get the Mite Ichor or sacrifice a companion, that seems like the better option.

Golem is like the best ally you can get, hitting for 300 with his opening attack.

That Golem armor is OP! i got to the end and ended in over 100 rounds. i think it was 130 something it was ridiculous. I only needed to be doing more dmg then i would of been unkillable and unbeatable with that run. but with that run i was Percy as well. i need to figure out how to get the golem with Bjorn. I have it unlocked with Vanadis as well. Just not Bjorn. I dont know what i did wrong.

First your hero needs to know about golem, so you need to go to the Robber camp and talk to robbers. Then you should go to the Crimson Steppes and visit orc shaman and smoke pipe with him, after that he will tell you about the heather and it would be great to get it. Right after Steppes you need to visit demonic blacksmith and ask him something about more powerful armor and he will tell you about the golem core. After the death in the 3rd biome Mortis will suggest you some rewards for successful (or almost) run. Here you should choose potions and take elven ale (or mandrake root). Is it only the mushrooms version of insubstantiality that works I got lucky and managed to get the card immediately upon starting the game from mortis and got even luckier actually getting it in the first turn but even though his attack went from 150x2 to 1x2 I still took the 150 damage

Went to the dwarven chest, still no letter, i went to the scouting event, killed the general with the scout event. I have no password so far i know, what am i doing wrong. I don't understand it any more.

Yea this event/quest still seems really buggy. I never got the password or even the letter from either Event, but eventually I was able to just go to the Golem and pick the right password.

It would also definitely help if every questline was written in the journal, instead of just the last boss related quests. As you can swap character fairly easy and totally forget where you are with each character on each questline.

Yes, i was thinking about that also, questline visilbe in that book and how far you are with it, and maybe also if the locations are once visited from that quest line, that the quest location can be shown and highlighted by clicking on it, that would save a lot of searching in the map.

I've found the letter, find the elf and agree to help but the fight just carries on like normal without anything (seemingly) happening

The development of the golem was temporarily reduced due to testing and resulting bugs. It will return in the next patch.

It will be like this:
- On the first encounter, choosing "Attack" will reveal that the golem requires a password.
- On the second encounter, there will be an option to guess the password.

The event line with the General and the letter has been shortened, as it significantly ties into the DLC quest.

Unfortunately this still doesn't work for me on Vanadis.
On the first visit to the golem, when already clicked the "Battle" button I even got a conversation with Mortis, who suggested "Try 100101 next time" as if he already knows the password from another timelines (I earlier unlocked the golem and got the password with Percival).

After this, on subsequent runs I still only have the "Battle" button, no other options or conversations form Mortis.
