where or how get golem password ?

I'm in the same boat. I think it has to do with one of the generals. The drunk dwarf claims to be a general if you give him elven ale but haven't found a way to progress that. The other general is from the elven scout event but as far as I know you can only fight the general if you ally with the scout. Don't have an option to side with the general. If you figure it out please let me know lol

One of the developers responded that it's tied to the guard outpost event. I haven't been able to trigger anything there other than the elite fight but you may have better luck

Everything depends on which hero you play and how your hero found out about the golem. If you share the hero with me I'll help you.

i use percival (first char), and i know golem from wandering merchant.

Okay, in this case you can get the password from the dwarven general in the Scout event. Or you can defeat the golem if you take elven ale from Mortis as a reward from previous run.

what map is the scout event ? i never meet dwarven general..

If you agree to help the elf scout in the event you have an elite fight against a dwarf general. It may be bugged in the current build or possible because I used an old save but I'm not getting additional dialogue options after the general fight.

well... i found the elven scout and kill dwarf general.. now i got the password without any more quest. on next run, i went to golem and he ask for my password. and it's done. i guess your save game are bugged.

Did you just agree to help the scout, finish the fight and you got the password in dialogue after? For me I agree to help him, finish the fight and get typical combat rewards and then immediately return to the map

yes, i got password in dialogue. i think you should report your bug to dev, considering golem will help you a lot in battle, and golem will clear out bandit camp.

Before you report, some events have to be played multiple times trying different options before more options open up.

Alternately there could be a separate event where Percival finds out that the scout has the password, so you may have to clear that before you clear the scout event.

make sense, it is "fat captive" event when you help the dwarf, you learn about the password... i took the screenshot here.

I never got that option. After learning his name I can leave, give him a potion, or ask about about Conrad. I think learning his name might have broken the event chain for me.
