BUG won't let me progress - A quest with a time limit is already in progress...
I cancelled every quest I have and still can't pick up any new quests. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

log out and back in usually fixes it

3 days in a row... logging in and logging out and its stopping me from picking up my level 120 upgrade questline.

It was a quest from an NPC I've never talked to but it finally reset itself.

I can’t buy anything in the shop. writes the error: Unable to use this feature, not enough game level.

That bug still exists, was going to do 120 upgrade quest and couldnt accept saying i had a timed quest active when i had none!

Its the armadillo quest from the bar in dallas. I had it pop up again as failed today while in rome. stupid bug.

I'm not able to enter the game every time I try to enter it stays in the severe loading screen nor does it load what should I do?
