Item Mall "error" Deducting Gcoins

its the second time it has happened,the first time happened was in march when i bought 30k GCOIn and I can't access to those GCOINS since then and the support don't answer tickets,that was at a VALOFE Account.
i've been waiting for months and nothing,so i created another account here on steam and i was able to buy from the ITEM MALL,but then again today I bought 25k of GCOIN and are listed in the ITEM MALL as Available but i can't use them.
"An error ocurred while deducting GCOIN" Appears Every time.
im fearing its going to be months before anyone from their support finds the interest on answering and help in the situation,my goal was to reach the 100k Points for the Dragon Hoard event and I got stuck now with 85k Points.

You can only use GCOIN if you have played the game for certain amount of time, have still not figured out what the minimum required time is.
That's what their news guide says.

I'm still getting the "Error Required minimum gaming experience not met."

Their homepage faq says though lvl 80, some other place mentioned lvl 30, but some peeps have not been able to do it even at lvl 140+, and they are not on steam.

Steam users have a separate account automatically generated for Atlantica Online NA, so you can only get gcoin and item mall stuff for steam if you login to the game from steam and use item mall from there.

Basically you gave them 300 and 250 dollars without even knowing if you can use those gcoins.

I just recently Bought 5 times in a row 5k of Gcoins and probably the system blocked me for multiple charges to the IM thinking it was fraudulent charges.

I just recently Bought 5 times in a row 5k of Gcoins and probably the system blocked me for multiple charges to the IM thinking it was fraudulent charges.

Maybe you hit the weekly limit, heard peeps talking about that. Also 180k GCoins, that's like 1800 dollars and just on steam.

So you bought Gcoins, got robbed and decided to do it again? Call your CC company and get a charge back for both and maybe learn not to screw yourself a 3rd time.

It's not his first time, he has bought over 180k gcoins. He prolly hit a weekly limit.

If there is a weekly limit then it should be on their website so players know not to buy more then the limit. Stop making excuses for Valofe scamming players

I agree, all these things; unpublicised limits no players know about, taking money but not allowing it to be spent in-game, monthly limits and more; the players are not told of any of these things, these are the actions of con-artists, not a reputable company.

I would like to see your source for this weekly limit since there is none to be found on their website
