Hello,

I need some help. I've recently purchased 1500 GC to purchase the platinum pack, however, when I try to make the purchase I get the following error "Error Required minimum gaming experience not met.".

Can anyone provide me any help, I've attempted to login to their website, but unsuccessful. I need to mention that I'm playing the game via Steam and don't have a Valofe account

Your character has to be level 20 or higher to purchase Gcoin or anything from the Item mall but honestly I would take others advice and not put any money into this game. Valofe put this on Steam as a last ditch attempt to make more money before they finally shut down. The game has been dead for a long time and all that really remains are alts, bots, and gold farmers.

Okay, I've figured it out. Thanks, but no thanks.

I was level 96 not 100ish which I noticed is the norm. Firstly I play for my own enjoyment, and the "platinum" subscription pack I feel like it does help. Secondly, the game and the company can be dead, and I do play with some of my friends and the experience is nice. Because you don't agree with something that doesn't make it an absolute, my dudes.

Okay for the fix, apparently steam overlay doesn't like the Javascript in that site that much if it doesn't have most of the resources allocated to it. Switch the game from windowed mode to full screen.

Game is alive and well. Just some salty dudes in comment section getting caught duping and gold selling instead of just enjoying a game for what it is.

I honestly wouldn't mind if I was the sole player lol, but yeah seeing the response I got so far on a simple matter, I tend to agree, but most F2P area of MMOs is similar with salty vets trying to force their oppinion onto you and forgetting to enjoy the game. Have fun gaming o/

Hey man, I understand your will to enjoy the game, I was enjoying it as well and I do think that is a good game. But due to the ridiculous amount of lag it become unplayable. The support of the game doesn't answer to any player.

Not salty at all
Never duped anything and never sold gold.
I've played for a long time but since this company has taken over the game has turned to crap.
As for the game being alive, it is, kinda..If you can call servers filled with botters and alts alive then it is.
These glitches and bugs players complain about on FB and Steam have been here since Valofe took over. They care about nothing but the money.
I do still play occasionally but as for spending money, If they can't fix the game then they don't deserve my hard earned cash

You can find these same complaints in literally every game out there. Dont ever spend money on a game you arent willing to lose. Think of it as gambling. Because at the end of the day a game can close up shop at any moment anyways.

like the "wow is dead"-blahs..... yes, EU-servers are quite silent, but the hell....a lot is playable solo (with friends in TS/discord/whatzever), quite a lot of the rest is playable in 2-3ppl grps.....there is only ...öhm...avalon i guess you need more players....so....as long as it runs it´s not dead....period^^
