What should my username and password be? Even the 'find ID' button requires an email and my Steam's email produces an error.
If you are using steam account, you can only access Item Mall via in-game option.
It maybe the internet connection on your part. I suggest try restarting your internet connection and close other programs to check if there will be some changes when you open the Item Mall via in-game.
Please contact us again if still experiencing the issue.
Thank you
I have also checked whether there are any security blocks from my AV or firewall but there is none since the stand-alone game's Item Mall works fine.
To be sure that the problem is not on my end, I downloaded the client straight from Valofe and created an account there. Way too many problems with that client but Item Mall works.
I really can't see SC replacing Atlantica lol.. Still, I'm already a backer on SC since 2-3 years now.
@Lump,
it's supposed to be 80 but I'm not sure it's really a restriction since, while using the standalone Atlantica client, IM works with lower levels than 80.
Just for the record, my char is higher level than 80.
Unfortunately, both steam's client and the standalone are a giant mess.. way too many problems
both technical and operational with virtually no support. Forum shows zero messages and my ticket hasn't been answered yet.
This is a good game with a terrible company managing it it seems :/
Check that in the Steam settings you have Overlay enabled.
You can enable or disable the overlay in the Steam /Settings.
Open the Steam client and there select Steam> Settings> In the game. Check the box next to Enable Steam Overlay in the game.

It was indeed the overlay which I always have off since it occasionally causes issues with some games.
Thanks a lot!
ps. did you figure out that by yourself or was it mentioned somewhere and I missed it?
