Unable to launch game

Hey guys,

I just got this game, installed it and when I went to go play, Steam VR launches, all good. The Bonfire desktop mirror opens, then nothing on desktop or in Vive HMD. After a minute, Windows opens up the unrecognized file launcher thing. Asking to pick an app to open this 'vive link'.

verified, un/reinstalled, etc.

All that is in Bonfire log is that Crystal allocated too much mem and won't release.

But still thrown off by the 'vive link' part. Any help would be great.
