not running on windows 8.1

I have this problem. ANYHOW I do either get "Error Loading x64 Driver. Did you forget to reboot?", or for compability modes of windows2000 or earlier, it does not find the dvd instead. It seems there is a driver being loaded, which file is the driver ?

Go to C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sacred Gold and run the Config.exe file

In that program, make sure the box before 32 Color Depth is checked.
When that's done, save and start the game. It should run perfectly now.
