Command - NPC

I wanted to ask if anyone might know the command to create an NPC. I mean, first of all, about the resp friendly characters, for a bit ... "play" with the map. Sacred itself is a golden game and years, but after great years of playing and constantly going over and over again, I would like to have a little fun and place "soldiers" in some places.
