ALL PORTALS in one place

I remember that when I was playing as a child, I managed to find a small island with a tower, which has a descent to the basement, where there is a corridor with portals to any area, in the location of the main game and the add-on Underworld. Geographically, this small island was next to the village in Bellevue. Now I got to this island, but there is no basement in the tower and no portals either. Please tell me how to make it so that it is possible to move around all the locations of the main game and the add-on, how to make it so that there is a corridor with these portals

It's the starting area in multiplayer, in singleplayer the portals are blocked.

Well, not quite. Demon can fly over water into the island.

Well, not quite. Demon can fly over water into the island.

you can get to the island, but the portals are blocked. There's a chest blocking the stairs to the portal room

I've gone to that island many times on my daemons and have never found a portal room. I have explored every inch that I could on this game, so I think I would have thoroughly explored this island, as well.

You can see the access to those portals unblocked just starting anew multiplayer game for yourself. The way to reach the island in single player is with that daemon's flying skill, and other character's like Seraphim, who has Jump, while pressing Ctrl key (to attack in place).
