'Personal stash' in Porto Vallum has gone missing

I went back to Porto Vallum and realized the personal stash is nowhere to be found. This happened after I took the ice element in the main quest.

Other personal stashes in different towns also seem to be gone as well, such as the one in Timberton.

Can anyone be bothered to confirm and verify this? - Have your character to progress the main quest where you've gotten the ice element, then check your personal stash in Porto Vallum and Timberton.

In all my years of playing this game, I do not recall this ever happening to me. Maybe try having Steam verify the files?

Or are you using a mod that might be glitching?
