2) If you have obtained the item Dragon statue, and in the description it says "Icons", it's a very rare set of 6 pieces (you got one) that can be obtained randomly as a reward for missions and chests, and when you put all the 6 pieces together in your inventory, it makes your feet come out flames when walking. Fire will damage enemies. Icons set is used with equipment combinations (varies depending on the character class you choose) to wreak havoc on the enemy.
Right clicking casts whatever combo is in the active slot. But to change slots afaik you need to use the mouse.
Another un-documented tidbit is the F1-F6 keys can be used to hotkey individual spells/CAs. Then subsequently pressing F1-F6 will change the active combo-slot to the keyed spell. So you eventually have 9 'quick-slots' at higher level (ie. you have 4 combo-slots, but use one of those to quickly micro the F1-F6 keys during fights).
A combo-hack is to make a combo of a single spell and keep both the spell and the combo in your quick-slots. That way, if the spell cooldown time > duration time, you can switch to the 'combo' and cast it while the other is still cooling down, and vice versa.
