Check everything except "Create Program Log file"
Hit Ok.
Run the game again.

Right-click on the game in your Steam Library. Choose "Manage", then "Browse Local Files". Find the Config.exe file. Open it and check the 32-bit color box. If that doesn't open the game for you, then, leaving the 32-bit color checked, try putting check marks in different combinations of the other unchecked boxes until something works. Or you could try just checking all of the boxes. Different combinations work for different people.
