Merchant's Turmoil Quest Bug
I checked to see if there were any related discussions about this bug, but didn't, so I'll be posting it.

If you kill zone 2's boss BEFORE accepting the quest from the merchant, it will become impossible to complete. Nothing I've tried works so far. Already made a bug report about it.

Does anyone else have any experiences with this particular bug? It's walled me completely from obtaining the final achievement I need to platinum the game, and I really don't know if I'd like to complete the entire game all over again just for this one achievement.

Thank you!

I've noted that this isn't clear enough and we'll look at improving that side quest in a future patch.

but... he is on a small room with no enemies...?

HE is in a small room, but the WHOLE ROOM that he exists in is what the dev is referring to, I'm glad this thread was made as I was JUST ABOUT to make one, yeah, this quest is written so horribly, INITIALLY I thought it meant going back to the beginning because, well, that' where you meet him when he's getting shaken down.

Yeah that side quest is horribly written for the objective, nothing but confusing.

I think the fact that quest tracking is completelly useless (Since it just kinda tells you what to do slightly, but doesn't tell you where to go) makes the quest extra hard.

came here for this exact explanation. Having exclamations show up on the map for each of the enemies would be helpful as a way to know what we still need to kill.
