Quick Update on my findings thus far:
Outside the Elder's house, down below to the left is a chalkboard. On this chalk board is 26 symbols, same number as letters in the English Alphabet. Above the door to the Elder's house is a sign with those letters, which when used say The Elder] which leads me to believe these letters might be elsewhere in the world.
I'm not great with ciphers, and I've tried a few sites to brute force: MONA JEKUTE NAWE. TEJIM MONA BILIJU FOJANE with little to no success. I think I'm lacking a keyword to unlock the code, unknown to me as of right now.
I also believe this might have something to do with Gran Calculus, some kind of Math God worshiped by the robots, spoken about as a bringer of balance, and worshiped by the Elder it would seem.
All my current solved codes below.
On the Train it says: PRONTO. Inside the Train above the door it says: WELCOME. Above the Eye at the front inside and the back inside the Train it says: THE CONDUCTOR. This one is a juicy one, above on the left hand side of the mainframe Gran Calculus Monument it says: ELEGY'S ACCOUNT]
That's all I have thus far, but ELEGY in the letter on the Monument refers to themselves as an Elder, so perhaps this is a clue?
I know there is another of these sentences in the game, but its super late, so maybe someone else will solve it.]
There is another cipher I didn't put on here, it is a long one, but if you have the time: When you enter the Mainframe, you will notice matrix like falling code, if you take screenshots, or I suppose try and draw the symbols fast enough you can decipher this one. It is a cute enough message, but can be a chore.
And here it is translated: Delicate fine and flame, free this land from ill and hate. Breath in new life from death.
Edit: I checked again, and it seems that all of the texts say "Haiku the Robot"
