How to trigger meeting blue slime girl?

I believe you must have a full garden for multiple days, you'll then be prompted by noticing that the garden is empty. Then you go to The Lake and see slime on the branch. You click that then I believe the cutscene triggers where she walks into frame. I chose the "wait" option instead of the jump out one so I'm unsure of that option's outcome. You'll then be prompted to go to the Brothel and talk to Luna, bring a bottle from Janet's store as you'll need that.

I know this is old, but since I tested this extensively, figured I'd provide a definitive answer. The start of her storyline becomes available the day after unlocking Scarlet scene 5. If you visit the garden, you'll see dialog about all your plants being gone (no plants required, but anything that WAS planted will be gone) and Ivy tells you to ask Scarlet about blue goo left behind.
