I've turned the Volcano into a sword, tree, & a cloud.

I've done everything I can think off with Ginny.

The Duchess is a broken record, repeated go earn the church's trust.

What else can I do to complete the quest?

You need to finish that item. Basically, you pick two things from the outer menu that relate to what's in the middle; such as Volcano = Fire + Earth.

You really can't screw up unless you leave the puzzle. Keep going until you are sure you are done then make sure with the journal that you've done all you can with Ginny.

How do I know when I'm done with the puzzle?

Is there an order I need to do things in?

It's been a bit since I did it, but just keep going. If a new thing appears when you solve the previous thing, you aren't done. :)
