where can i find the gems, like topaz, ruby, saphire, ect. idk where they are

The bull guy who appears in the bar will have a minigame where you fire arrows at enemies while he mines. You get fragments from that and mix 3 of each fragment at the alchemist to make the gems. The bull guy tends to be at the bar earlier in the day. He didn't start appearing until I did a bunch of other bar related stuff (and maybe for the bed that Scarlet needs).
