missing character next to ezra?

i have completed the story and melkors realm. Still have an unknown character next to ezra. If anyone knows please fill me in.

Yep, can confirm, though it still wants me to finish Melkor's realm (no idea how). The skull has ALL scenes unlocked under it, still says go get more essense.

You finished it's story. The realm is endless. The skull and the essense is endless too. When u've done it once u r good to go further with the story. You give the essense to Ash once and she gives you the artifact, than you go to the Elizabeth and Ash is useless after that.
