lack of repeatable encounters with Ivy?

so im up to the point of getting the real dagger for scarlett and ive wondered why Ivy is the only female character you cant have repeatable encounters with... why?

Same question. You can revisit any of the other women and wrangle some sort of sex scene out of them outside of the Journal, but not her or Lily. How come?

lily actually does have a repeatable if you go to hill top at evening you can drink the horny potion over and over and over
