Are you serious? Do you realize male characters have different body types, and interactions that wouldn't apply to female characters. You would have to make the game twice to change every sex scene and some of the dialogue. These games are made for male gamers 99% of the time, by small indie game devs, they don't have the budget to add so much more content to appeal to the 1% or 2% of the demographic.
