Fun but very disappointing compared to BBR1 for these reasons...

The game is fun to play - sideloaded on my Nvidia Shield, works ok with gamepad and keyboard... but there are some very annoying things compared to BBR1... like:

1/ Why do I keep having to race the same races that I have already won at the same level?? That is just boring!

2/ If I lose a race why can't I try again like I could on beach buggy racing 1? I have to wait, do other races repeatedly before I can try that race again... very lame.

3/ Beach buggy racing 1 was much better for being able to see your progress, you knew how many races you needed to win to get to the next level, it was clearly laid out. With BBR2 the details of which races specifically you need to win are hidden and you often are forced to waste your time redoing races you've already won... many of which are copies of the BBR1 tracks.

4/ Beach racing 1 You could choose whatever race you wanted to practise. There is no flexibility with beach buggy racing 2... you can only choose between two races.

5/ why is it not available on Nvidia shield TV???

It is still fun but it is very disappointing for these reasons.

Odd how you're talking about the issues in the mobile phone free-to-play version of BBR2, in a Steam thread, when the version of the game that you can purchase here on Steam works in a completely different way and addresses most of the issues you had with the game...

Let's me try explain this as far as I can.

1. Probably for this 'race the same race' happens when you do some challenge farming, and there's no level system. Also you can play various game modes with game rules you can tweak as you want.
2. You can replay the race mid-game here or trying with another character/vehicle if you want.
3. You can check either your gameplay statistic or challenge progress here.
4. There's no track rotation here, and also following the first reason.
5. I never had Nvidia Shield TV, so dunno.

Everything that was listed on top refers to the free-to-play mobile version of BBR2, not to the Steam "Island Adventure" Version. This paid version on Steam allows you to race freely and customize every rule. The mobile version only allows you to choose between two randomly-generated races at a time, and overall that mobile version of the game works way differently from this PC version.
