Anvil Bug Issue

just beat the game and just starting to do all the achievements. I just collected all the Anvils however it says I have 11/12 in the forbidden lands even though i definitely have 12 collected. anyone have this issue?

Yes, same issue, but i solved. Raise is not enough, you have to use it. Just go around and use every anvil.
