[Quest][Bug] The Watcher's Fury

This is some of the first Optional quests you get.
I got it, went to the point, died to the mob. So far so good.
One thing lead to another and I ended up killing the elite mob and disabling the Watcher tower on that first zone soon after.
But now the point in which this quest happens does nothing, I go there and no teleport, no mob, no nothing.
Did I got locked out of it???

You will eventually teleport into the battle arena if you keep surfing within the quest circular area.

It happened the first time before I destroyed the watchtower.
But after that it didnt happened anymore.

Still, I just progressed a bit more and it seems there are more scenarios like this, I got teleported into another Watcher's Fury after raising the bridge, and that one counted towards the quest completion.

That's weird, it did spawn for me though.
Like you, I also died the first time, but I was able to go back and complete the quest after I destroyed the Watchtower.
