Why can I not get a straight answer?
I bought this game, got dlc, need to complete TUTORIAL before getting to use cosmetics, not FULL GAME TUTORIAL, not ENDING BOSS TUTORIAL, not SIDEQUEST TUTORIAL, the basic @$$ tutorial... when does it end? What missions do I need to complete before I get access to the dlc? Please for the love of God just give me a name so I know when I get to use the cosmetics

you get them when you unlock armor customization, about an hour in, around the 2nd anvil you find in the open world

i got mine when i upgraded my armor to level 3, but i think mine was bugged.
it's in the first town though.
