FPS drops (even in Settings tab and character creation)
Today I have installed the game and as I was tinkering in the settings I've began to experience ~4 frames-per second. I thought it might go away, during prologue few times there were some minor hiccups, but nothing as noticeable. However as I was presented with character creator one digit FPS returned. My PC is above recommended settings, game is installed on SSD NVMe, Frames are capped. It happened both on Vulcan and DirectX12... I am really puzzled as nothing like this happened in much more demanding titles.

Thanks for help in advance :happy_seagull:

I had the same happen to me, but while trying out different settings and opening and closing the game several times I stumbled upon the fact that if I didn't use my XBOX One controller connected through BT (so either connect it with a cable or use M+KB) the game would immediately run fine, no restart required, even. If I then so much as lightly touched the camera stick on the controller (on BT) it would stutter up a storm, sometimes even lagging the input by more than 1s, shooting CPU utilisation to over 90% and even stutter the sound.
If, like me, you're using a wireless controller, try plugging it in with a cable, or use M+KB for a while.
Incidentally, removing my USB BT receiver, rebooting the PC and plugging it back in seems to have resolved the issue yesterday. I'd say it's still the game at fault, but there might be some bad interaction with BT and Windows (I remember Win being awful with BT some years ago).
After sorting that out, the game's been running perfectly, v-synced to my screen's 75Hz on Very High.

That's really messed up game behaviour. However, in my case I was using wired mouse and keyboard. My motherboard does not include BT adapter and my USB one is gathering dust in drawer. I'll try to troubleshoot it a bit (I've seen some reports that capping FPS at 60 might help) but if it won't help I think I'll just uninstall :/
