So what are the differences?

New player here, I didn't buy the game until now because of mid reviews. I played for a few hours now, and I quite enjoy the game. I was wondering what the big differences were between launch and now, maybe someone can give me their first impressions on launch, when the reception was very mixed.

At launch, many expected a more deeper RPG with loot. Also many didn‘t play more than 2 hours. In the release version, you needed 2 hours for the intro, which is very linear. After that you get into the open World.

Spoiler!And they didn’t know that there will be an other world after the first map ;)…

I think you have to like such Games like darksiders to like this game. But in my opinion it‘s worth the money (bought it full price which was 49€).
