Can you give more info on what are you doing when this save was created? (Did you have the same progress level as the host when you joined the session? What zone were you in? Did you have a lot of items in your inventory?..)
Could you send us the following files via the support's contact form[support.focus-entmt.com], for further investigation on our side:
- Your saves folder, you should find it here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR_USER_ID\1230530\remote.
- Logs of the session (right after crashing): C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Atlas Fallen\logs
- Crash dumps (right after crashing): C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Atlas Fallen\dumps
- The DxDiag of your PC.
If the files are too big, you can use a file sharing site like wetransfer to upload your files, and put the link in the message.
