Because many Japan games sell well in China.We also call it galgame and chinese also buy games in steam but Japnese use game CD more.There are many languages can be chosen in Atri.

There is a great number of population in China plays galgame, and I'm sure way more than the sum of them in the other part of the world. They are just willing to support the game creators
