B is both the sub-weapon and the multi-hit attack. Y is both sub-weapon toggle and backdash. L and R don't do anything. These are true of both the Steam Deck and Xinput on PC. The button prompts and confirm/cancel layout are both Nintendo-style as opposed to Xbox-style. There's also no option to exit the game from any menu. All of this points to this being direclty ported from Nintendo Switch with zero touch-ups....
