<Missing string table entry>?

This is what I get on the map every time I plan an extortion. Front door is labelled normally as a "Front door", but instead of a back entry I have something like this. Any way to fix it? I already checked files integrity and it didn't help.

EDIT: After few missions, it already started to be quite irritating, because when I have couple of entries to choose from, only "Front door" is labelled properly and all of the other entries are labelled as <Missing string table entry>, so I don't know to which entry exactly tables on the bottom refer to.

Thanks for letting us know and very sorry to hear that you've experienced this. Please, let us know if this problem still persists after the latest Update (5). We couldn't replicate the issue earlier, but hopefully the update still fixed this.

In general Update 5 was the biggest update so far with more tweaks than any previous one and several new features as well.

Sadly yes, the problem still persists. Not in the all locations, but definitely in the majority of them. I also made the screenshoot of this issue, just to better explain this problem.

Before release, during the development we had this issue, but it should've been fixed way back. Did you play the game before Update 4 and was it a problem already then?

Also can you tell us which setup are you playing in and more specifically if you're playing the Mac version.

Well, I'm playing on Windows 10 and I just have this game for a week, so it is pretty new.
I didn't have the chance to play it before.

Weird. If you could send us your save file, maybe this way we can dig up what is causing it.

You will find the save files from:
c:\users\[your username]\AppData\Local\CompanyOfCrime\Saved\SaveGames

I'm very sorry to say, but I went through all locations you had not under your control in the save and tried to do a mission in each - and for me they all showed the strings correctly.

Have you tried checking the integrity of the files via Steam?

Yeah, I've checked files' integrity multiple times. For me, it's just very weird that sometimes these entries are labelled correctly and sometimes not.

One more things that would help us resolve this is knowing if this occurs every time for you. Meaning if you start a new game and do a mission in the Duke of York which you sent the screenshot off - is it still missing the string? In other words, has something gotten broken in the data as you played the game further or is the data somehow broken to begin with.

Well, like I've said before, it does not happen every time. For example, I can play three missions in a row and this text is broken in every one of them, but the fourth mission that I play can properly display "back door" or "side door". So, I don't see any pattern to this error.

Using the last update here and it still happens. And the last update is from the end of 2021.
