is there any difficulty related achievement?

i am playing for the first time and i started on the highest difficulty, everything went fine until now i am on that guy made of light that was at chest, i kid you not it has been 4 hours already that i have been trying to kill him but no sucess, will i lose any achivement if i put the game on a easier difficulty?

The only restriction is that you cannot unlock any no-hit achievements on Story Mode difficulty. You can still unlock all other achievements on Story Mode without any issues. If you're going for any no-hit achievements, Easy difficulty or above will still work.

So you can turn down the difficulty for just Light Being.

Thank you so much, I was in the same boat, stuck on Light Warrior forever, then after seeing this turned it down to normal and got it first try.
