Do the flashing lights get worse after the Gnomes? (SPOILER FREE)
Personally speaking, I've never had issues with photosensitivity or seizures. But I was playing the first bit of this game and I got to the gnome part right after the furnace. (First gnome part? Not sure if there's several?) And I felt physically uncomfortable while playing it like my eyes were hurting during it. Now I did play this later at night, so that could be the reason for the symptoms. But I was worried if I was showing signs of photosensitivity or a seizure. Basically I had to keep looking away from the screen and closing my eyes because it physically hurt to look at the screen. My brain and eyes were hurting, it was pretty uncomfortable. That in combination with the weird graphic for the beginning and the "Absolute Truth Sequence" hurting my eyes to look at, makes me pretty weary to continue.

Not asking for medical advice, just asking if the flashing lights get worse after the Gnomes. And if anyone else had these problems and how they went about fixing them.

(KEEP THINGS SPOILER FREE IF YOU CAN)

all games and desk work make me feel physically ill unless i turn the windows night light feature on around like 70-80 so my screen is more yellow than blue. I wonder if this would help your eye balls when playing. i works for me.

there is a photosensitivity mode that helps with the flashing lights and i would say a good 90% of the game is not as hard on the eyes as the gnome fight. but it does get a bit crazy near the end.

so try the photosensitivity mode and if that doesn't help for the fights after gnome then it might not be the game for you.
