If I own the soundtrack can I use the songs in a youtube video?

You need permission from those who own the copyrighted music to be about to use it in a Youtube Video. You would need to reach out to the soundtrack creators / Devs.
Just because you bought the soundtrack doesnt mean you have a license to use it.

Thats why I'm asking the developers here. I want to know their stance on copyright.
