Likely one of many Berserk references. Berserk is a Japanese manga (and a number of animated and video game adaptions) by now deceased author Kentarou Miura. Lady Farnese is a major character in the later half of the series. Given some of the characters lines being almost direct quotes from Berserk it's a safe bet the dev was heavily inspired by it.
