Goblin Skulls and Sturdy Buckets unavailable if Goblin's Dilemma is completed?

I didn't finish deals with those ingredients and now I can't find any goblins after finishing that quest.

You probably need the key for it from the very end of the game before the final boss, go through the left door when you reach a library, specifically outside before entering it. Trying to avoid spoilers here.

Actually, I'm fairly certain I got these before I even unlocked the Goblin Village by going through the SW section of Ograne Grotto when I was initially making it to the central area. There are a few places where you fight Goblins the first time you're making it through and these can be faced as early as you get your Sky Armors though they're insanely tough at that stage.

I have killed Bog the Real Glob 30 times and never received a Goblin Skull. Feel like I may be stuck

I’m still unsure how to get Bog the Real Glob to spawn. Im working on getting the tablets and have finished the game. Any help would be appreciated.

You have to STEAL the goblin skull from him!

for those still having trouble getting skulls and buckets, you can also steal goblin skulls and sturdy buckets from two goblin encounters (with a goblin shaman and soldier each) in Termina Caves directly west of Farnsport. same place from the very beginning of the game.

edit: nvm if you have burned the totem in the mines after "A Goblin Dilemma" they are gone hadn't progressed that far.

I got heads and buckets from that unique boss. Just keep trying, I had to try around 15 times. One of the characters (Robb I think) has a skill More Rare Drops to get those buckets to drop easier. And skulls can only be stolen as others have said.

Just got the Sturdy bucket, can confirm its possible. Just go Senna with rare item passive,
and Robb with more drops passive. Keep in mind sturdy bucket cannot be stolen
