This is happening to me too and it seems to be this chemistry bug. Any workaround found (only achievement I'm missing is the skill one)? Thanks!
i read about this, but only my glenn has an extra GS, and looking at the skill that i can actually select, only chemistry is "learned" but not selectable, so i think, when i got the Chemist class on glenn, the game saw that i had the passive skill, making it think i already learnt it
Yup I've been reading more and more about that chemistry issue

- Fixed a bug that prevented Glenn from learning a certain skill leaving him with 1 GS at the end of the game
- Changed: Glenn now learns TP Cost Down instead of Chemistry
Anyone able to confirm? I'm playing on PS5 and not seeing the update on that platform yet.
i can confirm, i was able to learn tp down on glenn and get the achievement
